PRC Aerobic Classes

  • Pierpont Racquet Club's aerobic program is designed to provide a varied and challenging schedule. Seasonal changes provide a diverse program and an opportunity to offer sports-specific classes all year long.
  • Our Step program is structured to accommodate various levels of participants. Step and Step & Sculpt allow for training that is challenging both aerobically and choreographically.
  • Other classes include Pilates, Yoga, Nia, Body Conditioning as well as water aerobic classes.
  • An awareness of the need for cross-training and regular flexibility training for all who are physically active has been the basis of our Stretching program. We offer 3 stretch classes per week. These classes are suitable for all levels.
