PRC Personal Training

The PRC is proud of offer qualified personal training by professionals in the field of exercise science. Whether you would like to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, rehab from injury, or improve your sports performance, our professional staff of trainers can tailor an exercise program to specifically help you reach personal fitness goals. Take advantage of this valuable service by scheduling an appointment with a Trainer and to develop your one-on-one personalized training program.

"I take personal pride in treating each of my clients as an individual. With this in mind, I take into account each person’s needs, goals, and abilities before designing an exercise program. Whether you goal is body fat reduction, lean muscle gain, core stability, or increased sports performance, the programs I design will be as unique as the individual exercising!"
