PRC Fitness Facilities
 One of the best ways to increase strength and endurance and
improve physical appearance is through weight training and cardiovascular
conditioning.
PRC's fitness staff is available during scheduled
hours to provide instruction on equipment usage and to develop a personal
fitness plan for our members. Schedule an appointment to develop a one-on-one personalized training
program for you. Initial Microfit
Fitness Assessment, Wellness Profile and program set up are available without charge
to all members.

In addition to our fabulous equipment, we conduct a number
of programs, year-round, in an effort to get our members involved and keep
fitness fun! We have something for everyone!
- Absolutely Abdominals: 30 Minutes of ab work followed by stretching.
Meets in the aerobic room.
- Matrix
Class: 30 Minutes of circuit training in the weight room
followed by abdominal work and stretching upstairs in the aerobics room.
- Summer Adult Boot Camp: Groups train with our drill
Sergeant 3 times a week. This
class meets at the beach and gets back to the basics to achieve improved
fitness the military way!
- Junior Circuit Training: This summer-time class is directed
at our youths. It is a great
way to introduce kids to the benefits of a sustained fitness program. All exercises are geared toward
the needs and abilities of our growing future.
- Microfit Wellness and Fitness Assessment: The future of fitness assessment
is here! Set up an appointment with one of our qualified trainers for a comprehensive fitness
and lifestyle assessment. Along with an objective overview of your lifestyle habits, we can
also measure your aerobic fitness (estimated VO2 max), body fat
percentage, flexibility, strength, and blood pressure. Members receive an initial
complimentary fitness assessment and Wellness profile upon joining. Proper assessment is the best way
to assure your fitness program is helping you achieve your goals!
